El Jalisco

We went to try out El Jalisco for lunch on a Saturday. It was not too busy. Nothing fancy, affordable Mexican food restaurant. I ordered beef fajitas, the portion size was good but came with only 3 tortillas. Salsas were pretty bland. The service was friendly and efficient!

Food was on point, our waiter was amazing, never had a empty drink or chips! Food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and portions were plentiful! No complaints, and this was our first time here! Thank you for a great experience!

Best Tex-Mex I’ve found so far in the area. I recently moved here from SE Texas and all the flavors were on point. The spicy salsa and the green were perfect heat and flavor to what I would consider normal. The staff was friendly and service was great and fast.

I ordered food to go and I was so pleasantly surprised to see the care that was given in packaging up my dinner. Sides, utensils, napkins, sauces…. Everything was there! The food was hot and delish even after the drive home

The food and service here were very good. It didn't take long at all for my food to arrive after ordering. My drink never fell below half before someone would refill it. Over all 8/10

The food was delicious and made so well! I called in for take out and it was such easy in and out service with great atmosphere inside. The staff is super friendly and care about the quality of service. Food quality is superb. I definitely recommend to anybody looking for high quality food for yourself or your family!

I've lived in Greer for a little under a year. And I go to this location on average once a week and have been doing so since I've lived here. Let me give you the run-down. The entire staff here is hard-working, attentive, and passionate about making you have a good experience. I have had the opportunity to talk to and deal with every person that works on the front-end. Every single person has a smile on their face and is incredibly kind and welcoming to everyone they come in contact with. The quality of the food is impeccable and my partner and I like to call it our comfort food, because we can always rely on our orders to be correct, well-cooked, perfectly made, and filling for the amount of food you get and the endless soda refills. Over the course of 10 months, coming here once a week EVERY week, they have only made minor mistakes with our food TWICE. Which goes to show you the ratio of how often they will get it right. WE LOVE EJ! And have also tried out one of their other locations in the area, but it just wasn't as good as the Greer location. I think what makes the Greer EJ so special is the people that work there. Because it's a great team of people that treat you like family every time you come in. Their attention to detail, speedy service, and social warmth is what keeps us coming back. You have a customer for life!
